Greater Dallas Pest Control Association Golf Tournament For the Benefit of the Shriners Hospitals for Children   On Tuesday, June 17, 2008, the Greater Dallas Pest Control Association will host their annual charity golf tournament for the benefit of the Shriners Hospitals for Children.  Last year, the tournament raised $16,000 for the Hospitals.   It will be held at Indian Creed Golf Club at 1650 West Frankfort, Carrollton, Texas.  The entry fee is $125 per golfer and registration is due by June 2, 2008.  The fee includes the day’s events and an after golf Award Ceremony, BBQ and much more.  Registration begins at 10:30 with a shotgun start tee-off at 1:00.  The format is a four man Florida scramble.   If you don’t play golf, you can buy a ball for the helicopter ball drop “closest to the hole” contest.  Balls cost $20 and the prize is a 42” flat screen TV.  You may purchase balls on the web at www.myeventcentral.net.  You will be assigned a ball number for each purchase.  You need not be present to win.   You can also help the children by purchasing for $20 a SuperTicket scratch card with a winning prize of a 3day, 2 night vacation package to one of three resorts in Mexico.
